These Terms of Use govern your use of the Amore Drama mobile application and related services provided by Royal Publishing Group LLC ("Amore Drama," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Entertainment Content

Amore Drama provides short-form drama and romance entertainment content. Content availability, episode counts, features, and pricing may change over time.

Subscriptions

Amore Drama may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that provide premium access, such as unlimited viewing and ad-free viewing where available. Subscription pricing, trial or introductory offers, and renewal terms are shown in the app and on Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm payment.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial or introductory offer may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Coins and Consumable Purchases

The app may offer consumable coin packs. Coins can be used to unlock eligible episodes in the app. Consumable purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Coins may not be redeemed for cash and may be limited to use in Amore Drama.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, use Apple's report a problem process or your Apple purchase history.

Acceptable Use

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app or its content. You may not attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or content restrictions.

Intellectual Property

The app, brand, artwork, videos, stories, interface, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple Terms

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and policies.
