This Privacy Policy explains how Royal Publishing Group LLC ("Amore Drama," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Amore Drama mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

If you choose to use the online wallet, we use Sign in with Apple to create and authenticate your account. Firebase stores your saved coin balance and episode unlocks. We also receive purchase status from Apple and RevenueCat so we can credit purchases and restore access. PostHog receives pseudonymous device analytics, such as app events, platform, and session information; it is associated with an app-generated device ID, not your name.

Purchases and Access

Amore Drama uses Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, consumable coin purchases, purchase restoration, and premium access. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple. Subscriptions must be canceled through your Apple ID settings; deleting an Amore Drama account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the app, provide purchased access, improve playback and app performance, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

Apple provides Sign in with Apple and payment services. Firebase provides authentication and cloud wallet storage. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription events for access and fraud prevention. PostHog provides pseudonymous product analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and policies.

Data Retention

When you delete your account from the app's settings, we delete the Firebase wallet and revoke the saved Apple sign-in token. We retain minimal transaction fingerprints and status, with the account identity removed, to prevent duplicate crediting and refund fraud. A minimal deletion marker retains an internal account identifier to prevent late purchase notifications from recreating the deleted wallet. RevenueCat may retain its own transaction records; deleting your Amore Drama account does not erase records held by Apple or RevenueCat.

Your Choices

You can delete your account from the app's settings after signing in again with Apple. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. You can request support or ask privacy questions by contacting us at amore.stories.app@gmail.com.

Children

Amore Drama is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
